Nagano One Loveは社会的責務の一つとして、個人情報の保護を重要事項として位置づけ、「個人情報保護方針」を以下のとおり定め実施して参ります。
第１条
適切な個人情報の取得、利用及び提供に関して規程を定め実施します。
第２条
個人情報は団体の活動及びそれを推進する目的のみに使用し、その範囲を超えた個人情報の取扱いは行いません。またこれを防止するための適切な措置を講じます。
第３条
個人情報を原則として第三者に提供、開示いたしません。ただし、以下の場合は除きます。
- ご本人の同意がある場合
- 法令などに基づき個人情報の開示を要請された場合
- 寄付金等の入出金処理上で必要な情報を提示する場合
- 上記の利用目的のために外部業者に業務委託する場合
- 司法、行政またはこれに類する機関から法律に定める権限に基づき、開示を求められた場合
第４条
個人情報を保護するために適切な管理体制を講じるとともに、役職員の個人情報保護に関する意識啓発に努めます。また、個人情報の取扱いを外部に委託する場合においても、委託先が適切な管理を行うよう監督いたします。
第５条
個人情報の取扱いに関する法令、国が定める指針その他の規範を遵守します。
第６条
個人情報保護方針に基づき、個人情報の取り扱いには最大限の注意を払います。個人情報の漏えい、滅失又はき損の防止及び是正に努め、適切な安全管理措置を講じます。
第７条
個人情報に関する苦情又はご相談をいただいたときは、速やかにこれに対応致します。
第８条
本人の情報に対し開示・訂正・追加・削除・第三者提供の停止を求められた時は、合理的な期間内に対応致します。

As one of our social responsibilities, Nagano One Love places great priority on the protection of personal information, and as such, we have established and implement the following Personal Information Protection Policy.
Section 1
We will establish and implement rules regarding the appropriate acquisition, use, and provision of personal information.

Personal information will used only for the purpose of activities of the organization and to promote said activities. We will not deal with any personal information beyond that scope. In addition, we will take the appropriate measures to prevent this.

As a general rule we will not provide or disclose any personal information to third parties, excluding in the following cases.
- When the person gives their consent
- When the disclosure of personal information has been requested in accordance with laws and regulations
- When presenting necessary information for processing deposits and withdrawals for donations, etc.
- When subcontracting to an outside vendor for the above purposes
- When disclosure is required by a judicial, administrative, or similar authority based on the authority provided by law.
Section 4
We will put an appropriate system of management in place to protect personal information, and we will endeavor to raise awareness among our staff regarding the protection of personal information. In addition, even when the handling of personal information is outsourced, we will supervise to ensure the subcontractor manages the information appropriately.

We will comply with laws and regulations, national guidelines, and other standards concerning the handling of personal information.

In accordance with this personal information protection policy, we will handle personal information with the utmost care. We will take the appropriate safety measures to prevent the leakage, destruction, or loss of personal information and make every effort to correct such cases.
Section 7
We will respond promptly to any complaints or consulations we receive regarding personal information.
Section 8
We will respond within a reasonable amount of time, when the person makes a request regarding the disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, or suspension of provision to a third party of their information.
